Last weekend, I came out to the Norikura Skyline Cycle Hill Climb, an event I had set as a diet goal. The event up Mt. Norikura is the All Japan Mountain Cycling in Norikura up the Echo Line and the Norikura Skyline Cycle Hill Climb up the skyline. This is the second time in two years that I have participated in the Norikura Skyline Cycle Hill Climb.
First, get up early and get ready. Wearing a carrier made it much easier to install the car. After all, it was mendaku and the front chain ring was not replaced and it was planned to run in at the same time as monigro opening, but it took time to prepare and arrived at 9:30. Eat morning and eat pudding. I was dabbling with Monigro, but I left because time was just the last time. We will pick up Mr. Moribit, who is going to Norikura together. The problem of cooling water leakage still remains subtle, so I slowly headed to Norikura at the pace of my eyes. In addition, a patience competition with air conditionerless cars was held in the car. I ate lunch at Nagaragawa SA in the afternoon, but there were few set meals and only ramen and udon. I arrived at the reception desk. Receive bibbs, programs, and power tags to check the operation of power tags. It seemed that some bicycles were dropped off and accepted, but it was written in the acceptance letter that bicycles do not have to be prepared only by checking the operation of the power tag, so I accepted empty-handed. The power tag also works safely, and once you go to the inn. Oh, it seemed to be able to test drive. Perhaps the back view is Mt. Norikura, and you will go up the path that looks faint. It seems that there is snow left. I arrived at the inn. The year before I came out last time, I saw a lot of rally cars because I was wearing A TRD Rally Challenge Takayama, but this time I thought there would be nothing highland attack (hill climb) and the schedule was covered. I thought that there were some cars that seemed to run though it was not a competitive car. I left my luggage at the inn, took a short break, and went to dinner. I can also eat dinner at the inn, but I always go out without meals. I went to a rice shop called Kunihachi Shokudo looking for a rice shop appropriately. What I ordered was yakiniku, hormones and squid grilled, seasoned with darker seasoning, and Mr. Moribit said that he could not eat without rice. After eating a regular serving, I ate a large serving instead and ate too much. After eating, I returned to the inn and prepared for tomorrow. Stop the bib with a safety pin and attach a power tag to the bicycle. Because the safety pin is troublesome, I wonder if I will buy a magnet that is allowed to be used by UCI … I also install a power tag. Even at 7 p.m., it's still bright… I eat gummy and pudding I bought on my way back to the inn from the rice shop. Pirates of the Caribbean was broadcast on TV, but I got up at 5 o'clock tomorrow, so I was on my way to watching, but I went to bed early.
the next morning, by the time I prepared and left, there was only one group related to Norikura who was staying at the inn. I still have time to leave leisurely, and the first parking lot was all filled, so it was the second. Some of them started up with fixed rollers. Mr. Moribit up with three rollers. I had you bring it with great care, but I felt like I could uphill to the starting point without up with a roller. 20 minutes before the start. I remove various lights and luggage and I am refreshed, but 1. About 3kg is lighter. Five minutes before the start. After this, I wanted to go to the bathroom and went in a hurry. As expected, I can't go up with patience for more than an hour and a half, so I sometimes want (^^;) to go just before 8:24 The group of 30 to 34 years old to which I belong starts. Norikura Skyline Cycle Hill Climb is a distance of 18.5 18. 4km, average gradient about 7.0 At 2%, it is a course that has a more oblique degree in the early stage and is looser in the second half. That said, since it is an average oblique fraud, there are often places that exceed 12 to 13% in the first half, and the obliqueness will be loose in the second half, but I think that there was still about 8%. Since it tends to be better to step on one or two heavier gears than to turn light gears around, I thought that I would run so as not to use the inner row as much as possible this time. But when I calculated the time around half, I felt like I could break my own record if I could maintain this pace. Because it was hard, I was only calculating time until the second half in order to distract me. Since I ran two years ago, I crossed the forest limit, and I saw a familiar corner of 99 folds, and I calculated time while thinking that it was finally over. He stepped on the ballish with a little flatness in front of the goal, pulled it out, and while exposing the abomination of being pulled out by a person who pulled out on a slope of about 9% obliqueness immediately after that, he scored safely. Just before the goal, I heard Haaha'a from behind, so I didn't let him pull it off. There was snow just after the goal, so there was no photo of me running one piece (laughs) How many photos do you have? Mr. Moribit took a picture, but it looked sleepy, so when I took some pictures, I put on a windbreaker and quickly went down the mountain. I go down the mountain in a row following the leading car, but the wheel gets hot, so I take a break several times on the way. With disc brakes, you don't have to think about anything at such times. The first break is as soon as I start going down the mountain. I thought that he stopped to take a picture of the scenery, but I couldn't see anything with the gas… I took off the windbreaker immediately. I noticed the next day that my ears were frostburned. After all, it was cold on the top. I was thinking of getting a completion certificate that wrote time, but it seems to take time, so it passes. You can see the result on the net, and you can understand the time in Strava. The time was 1 hour 31 minutes 51 seconds 861, which was about 9 minutes faster than 2 years ago. The goal was only 1 hour and 40 minutes, so we achieved it safely. The next goal is 1 hour and (^^;) 30 minutes… Next week is Awaichi, next week is Wakayama Mountain De Slide, next week is self-propelled Shimanami Kaido and Tokushima Kaido, and next week is scheduled for Kusatsu Night Race again.
