Monigro → trial run and sinking of maiden gear in Yanagiya

time 2016/11/11

Last week's holiday, I went to Yanagiya in my neighborhood with a person who ran several times in Mixi. My friend also came with me, so I gathered at Monigro. 2016-11-03-09-42-54 I hadn't eaten breakfast, so I ate breakfast at Moniguro and went to Yanagiya because it had been two hours while talking. 2016-11-03-10-13-26
I always go up from takatsuki side, but this time I went up from nagaokakyo side. Is the obliqueness more the Nagaokakyo side and up to about 15%? The day before, I replaced the sprocket with a so-called maiden gear from 28T to 32T, so it also served as a test run. Hrr is about 5% lower at the same obliqueness compared to the time of 28T, but it is still tight. However, I thought that I would go up if it was not such a hard work, but my legs were twitching first and it ended. I took a break for a while and started going up again, eventually cramping twice before benican. Don't you want to rest on your friend? I was asked, last year, I was proud that I went up all sitting without dancing resting at the Norikura Skyline Cycle Hill Climb, so I hardly did dancing, but if it exceeds HRR 100%, rabbits may also need to try dancing that rests when the legs are twitching with horns and HRR85%. After that, there may be various factors such as injured left little toe and too much burden on the right foot, or lack of nutrition in the weight loss period… After that, we went down from the road where the quarry was located and went out to R171 and came home. Two of my friends broke up there and went to Monigro again (laughs) I should have gone too …
