【Super cheap】Install a projector without drilling a hole in the ceiling at a rented house [Chinese]

time 2020/06/08

The other day, I got a super cheap Chinese projector of 10,000 yen or less for 0 yen for a certain reason.
I had wanted a projector for a long time, but the projector of a major manufacturer is an amount of money that can not be easily bought, and I was worried about whether it would be okay to have a very cheap Chinese, so I could not easily put out my hand, but I decided to prepare the environment by saying that I could get it for 0 yen.

I got a product called Vankyo's 430XX here. (The product name and package are different …)
Among the many very cheap Chinese, it is one of the products that I think is some good.
I will open it.
The manufacturer claims to be small, so it was in a carrying case.
The contents were projector body, remote control, power cable, HDMI cable, audio conversion cable.
The large ring on the back side of the photo is the focus adjustment ring, and the small ring is the trapezoidal correction ring.
I want to check the image quality for the time being, so I projected it on the ceiling.
Because it is an old house, the ceiling is wavy, and the focus is not in focus depending on the place, but it feels so-so bad?
It was also available in Japanese.

In the case of a house, I think that the mount is screwed to the ceiling when hanging in the ceiling, but since it is a rented house, it is not possible to make a hole, so what to do then, I decided to install the stick parallel from the end of the room to the end with a stick, and hang the mount from there.
Installation of a stick.
The width of the room was 2m70cm, so I bought a stick that corresponds to 2 m 80 cm.
It was the last minute, but this length was the limit when I found a cheap stick in the 1,000 yen range per bottle.
If the distance from the ceiling and the distance between the sticks are the same, it will be parallel and appropriate (laughs)
Hang the ceiling mount.
The standard for fixing the projector was not special, so anything was fine, but the mount was also cheap.
Originally, I think that it will be fixed to the ceiling through the screw through the screw hole of the mount, but this time it is fixed to the stick through the tie wrap.
Try installing a projector as well.
The mount has not yet been fixed with a tie wrap, so it is quite unstable.
Secure the mount with a tie-wrap, connect the power cable and THE HDMI cable, and power it on.
At this time, I was still full of the spirit to project diagonally…
The cable is temporarily stopped to a stick and test projection.
However, the screen had not arrived yet, so it has not been a test of anything (laughs)
I feel like.
The next day, I received a screen.
Like the projector itself, install a stick and hang the screen from there.
There is limited space for screens to be installed, so it's at most 50 inches.
The final screen position was decided here.
In fact, the bottom was better, but because it was a super cheap Chinese projector, if you project diagonally and correct the trapezoid, the focus was not on the top and bottom of the screen, so if you project it on the front reluctantly, the position of the screen became this height …

Instead of playing the game, you're playing videos you've uploaded in the past.
The image quality is reasonably priced, and this projector can output 1920×1080 natively to 1280×720, so small characters are a little blurry. If you like the projector, you may buy a 1920×1080 native projector …
The brightness is a level that can not be seen if you turn on the light of the room, recommended is that you should turn off the light in the room.
The super cheap Chinese projector I got is here.
