Production of China Carbon Road No. 2 Part 1 [Seatpost processing]

time 2016/12/24

Last month, I received a Chinese carbon frame I ordered at Alibaba in September. The manufacturer chose a frame called Dengfu and R04, which are major chinese carbon. There is a manufacturer that does not make a proper manufacturer and pachimon, and a proper manufacturer seems to make an original frame for proof of its own technology. It seems that it is generally available with a different name as it is, or the frame called
R04 is aero shape, the frame called
R04 is aero shape, the mount is flat mount, not a quick release but a front and rear 12 mm thru axle and the specifications are state-of-the-art. When it comes to frames that match my height, it usually becomes the smallest size, but since there was no stock, I waited a little a month and took two weeks to deliver and arrived in November. Aero shape. The seatpost is also aero shape. Front and rear thru axle. This is the frame before the compo was stripped off. There were some seatpost parts in the bag, but there was no theory at all. I imagined and decided to assemble. I think that this part will be put in this hole of the seatpost, but sure enough, it does not enter as it is due to the problem of accuracy. Do you think you're going to get in without any processing? I made the hole a little bigger with a sly because it did not enter so much. Entered. The parts around here will probably be assembled like this … The attached bolts are too long to fix the saddle, so cut. It is troublesome to shave with a file or cut it with kinnoko, so I cut it with a disc grinder. Disk grinders are a great help because they are often used in car work. I think the saddle is still a little too far ahead, but I can fix it for the time being. When fine-tuning the saddle, I will cut the bolt again. last.
