To Rokko by Norikura Kneading

time 2017/06/26

I went up Mt. Rokko on Sunday as a measure against the Norikura Skyline Cycle Hill Climb ahead of next weekend. The nearby mountains are only mountains that can be climbed in less than 30 minutes, and even if you ladder a few mountains, you can take a break on the way, and I wanted to raise the mountain that has been raising my heart rate for more than an hour before the actual performance. At first, it was planned to run on its own, but the weather forecast from a week ago did not recover the forecast even if it became the day before, and two people decided to move up to the locale in-car by DNS and me and a friend who goes to Norikura. This weekend, Biwaichi's schedule was included, and I couldn't make the schedule off…
It was raining even in the morning on the day, and I loaded it while getting wet. On the way to Rokko, it became stronger or weaker, but as forecast, it stopped around noon, so I was able to leave without getting wet with rain. This is the second time two years ago that rokko has been raised. According to Strava, the distance from Ushiosegawa Station railroad crossing to Ichigenjaya is 11. 2km, average inclination 7%, because the slope continues for a while after starting, wrinkles come from the middle … Recently, if it is a ride with relatively low intensity, I try to seal the inner row as much as possible when riding up the mountain, but the Reverse River route seems to have a maximum inclination of about 16%, so I released the inner row at a degree of inclination of 10% or more. Even if you use inner row, the section of 10% or more is hard … After all it was a failure to return the crank to semi-compact before the hill climb event … I somehow went up to Ichigenjaya without getting stuck, but I think that the maximum obliqueness was about 15%, and if the section of 10% or more continues for a long time, the legs are harder than the heartbeat, so I think I will return to the compact crank … At the time of Rokko and Norikura, the weight of the bicycle will be about 2 kg lighter, and I want to lose about 1kg more weight myself, so if it becomes a total of 3 kg lighter, it should be easier than now, so I worry. The important time was that I thought that the time was falling because I had a weight than when I went up two years ago, but it was 4 minutes faster. Sober output went up, didn't it? Although it was not raining, it was steamed and it was uncomfortable, so I took a picture at Ichigenjaya and it rained immediately. I went to Takara-no-yu which was nearby because it was a bicycle, loading, sweaty smell, but I moved for about 30 minutes because I could not help prepaying the gate at the entrance, and entered a Japanese hot spring in Amagasaki. After taking a bath, we had dinner at an adjacent okonomiyaki restaurant. A pattern that makes you sleepy with exercise, taking a bath, eating, and never. Sure enough, the driving on the way home was a battle with drowsiness … I will buy only strange jerseys. I saw that other people wore the bicycle jersey I bought before, so I probably don't wear it anymore … I ran in the rain in the car, and it was about time I was worried about the dirt of the sproke, so I cleaned it. Last time I was soaked in the degreer for a while, but this time I brushed because it did not remove much dirt. It fell immediately. The end of cleaning the sproke. Please forgive me in about this. Also, I changed the tire of the Landner I use for commuting with the tire of Mamachari. At first I did this tire, but since it was a time when I was skip running, I was replacing it with Closer Plus because it was hard enough to dislike bicycle commuting, but recently the cruising speed has started to exceed 30 km / h, so I returned to this tire again. The air pressure is 3 bar. If you put a commuter bag, the weight of the car will be about 20 kg, and it will be commuting training. I think I'll make it a block tire sooner or later. This weekend, I will burn the last calories with self-propelled Biwaichi.
