I've been sligging my bike for about 3-4 months and recently started riding again, but on weekends I'm going to run at home if I don't have any purpose… When I ate lunch at the night, the word "night training" suddenly entered my ears and participated from the night training of the day. The location was about a short drive away from an hour. It is a lap course that starts and goes up 3% for a while, descends with a loose up, then it is flat with a down of -1%, and after going down a little, it is a lap course of 4% up. In my case, I don't like the basic up, so there are many (^_^;) patterns that see hell on the subsequent uplift when I ride flat and tone and run with a heartbeat.
the first time was extremely cold even with a windbreaker. For the time being, the first lap runs slowly with a course guide. The second lap is somehow tense speed (laughs) It is separated from the third lap up. Well, that's the usual thing. (^_^;) During this time, I took a break every lap, but I was separated on the third lap, so I ran without taking a break. I ran seven laps as it was, but everyone seemed to have been taking a break every lap or two … I didn't see that I was taking a break, so I was wondering if I was running. On this day, I put in one lap of guidance and ran a total of 8 laps 40km. It is a lap course of exactly 5km per lap. So last night, there was a second night training, so I participated. Because it was a weekday night, I passed the meeting time a little even if I returned at the fastest after work. It was not as cold as last time on this day, and it was too hot when I wore a windbreaker, so I took it off immediately. As in the previous article, I ran lightly on the first lap and took a break, then ran at once from the second lap to the sixth lap, and took a break. The other participants will run three more laps, so I followed and ran a total of 9 laps 45km. The target for the time being is 50km. After it's over, it's time to chat. I ordered ROTOR's Q-Rings last week, and when I chatted, I was told that the ellipse was good, so it was just the right time. I'm looking forward to it. Even so, it became easier to remove the front and rear wheels and fasten them with a belt when carrying after introducing the carrier, so you can feel free to participate in such practice.
