Introduction of power meter

time 2017/01/29

It is the beginning of this year, but the power meter ordered at the end of the year arrived. I had invested in a power meter called LIMETS of Indiegogo around July last year, but I decided to run out of numbness and buy another power meter because I could not even ship it if I could live. Since I am a mail order sect, basically there is almost no thing to buy things at the shop, and the reason why I chose LIMITS was one of the reasons that I can buy it by mail order in addition to money. Because LIMITS does not reach, I chose Stages Power to measure with a crank from the place where I look for a power meter that can be bought by mail order … Since the crank I am using is 165.0mm of Artegura, I ordered the same 165.0 mm Artegura grade Stages Power by overseas mail order. It was 69,000 yen including the postage.
Rite of opening. And installation. The crank type seems to be able to measure cadence, so I removed the cadence sensor. After installing it, garmin recognizes the power meter. Garmin does not recognize it even if the crank is turned by hand. Why are you doing it? When I examined it on the net while thinking, it is said that it recognizes when stepping on with a leg without recognizing even if I turn it by hand, so I carried the load to the three rollers on the first floor and worked … After a lot of trial and error, cadence is displayed without recognizing the sensor when the ANT+ ID written in Stages Power is put directly toward Garmin. With this, you can do power training-like things (although it is poor legs) It was a nice miscalculation to measure FTP on the roller stand and check the log with Garmin Connect, but it was that you can see torque efficiency etc. Because I bought it without information before, I thought that it would be good to understand only power … Stages Power measures power with the left crank, so torque efficiency etc. only come out on the left side. Until now, it seems that power has been put in vain, and pedaling consciously so as not to put force first from the knee (I do not know whether it is correct) It is a feeling that torque efficiency increases. I guess fuklahagi was easy to twitch because there was a force in vain from the knee first … I do not know what pedal smoothness still shows. If it is a blog I read on the net, I want to be low if it is high, because (^_^;) it is different to write Oh, LIMITS is going to attach it to the landner you are using for commuting. If it arrives (laughs) Power training even in commuting.
