2017 C5L Of The Biker Cycle

time 2017/09/04

Yesterday, I participated in the C5L class of the motorcycle race. I have been entering Kurite since the year before last, but it was the second kurite this time. I had an appointment with Mr. Tanaka of Monigro and a local gathering around 6 o'clock, so I got up at 5 o'clock. I overslept lightly and eventually arrived before 7 o'clock … I participated in the test run from after 8 o'clock, but the slope in the middle of the course was quite hard. There are 7% … I thought that this would normally be shredded on the slope, but I finished the test run after two laps. The C5L I leave starts at 9:21. C5H, third after C2 ran. I lined up early. I heard that it is a clite with a lot of falling cars, so I'm a little nervous. The helmet has been changed to aero-R1 which is popular recently.
Start Move from the waiting point to the start line a few minutes before the start, and the countdown starts and starts. The cleats were attached safely and without effort (there are still things that are not easy to stick once in dozens). I slowly turned 1 corner and 2 corners and ran to the back straight, and from there I started a little. Everyone accelerated all at once. I ran around 40 for a while, fell to the first half of the 30s at the first stage of 2-3%, and fell to about 25 at 7%. When I tried to keep up with that pace, the output seemed to have come out about 400 W, and I can not put out such output for a long time, so my heart rate goes up steadily and it is just at the last minute … On the first lap, I was able to run without 1000, but the problem was the second lap. I couldn't stand it at the 7% point of the second lap, and it fell sly … The third lap was not so much power out, but my heart rate went up and I was pulled out more and more, and I traveled almost alone. I will do my best for next month's Higashiomi Kurite…
