The mileage was 37km and the altitude acquired was 1200m. First of all, Katsuo-ji Temple from the meeting place, the mountain around here has never run, so it is the first time. This time, the altitude acquired is scheduled to be about 2000m, so I will run with a heart rate suppressed so that I can not enter the oxygen-free zone for a long time from Yanagitani. The weight increased by nearly 3 kg from the time of norikura, so the pace dropped considerably. Katsuo-ji Temple also went up safely without putting it in the inner row. After Katsuo-ji Temple is Mt. Myoken. Is it harder than Katsuo-ji Temple? This also went up without putting it in the inner row safely. I ordered iced tea, but I forgot to take a picture. Now that the time has come, we moved to the farmhouse inn stone kiln pizza "Micusa" where lunch is scheduled. It seems that he made a reservation at 11:30. There were a total of 10 people. All-you-can-eat for 90 minutes with a small pizza. I eat a banzai until I have pizza. Prosciutto pizza. This table has many hyenas, so you can eat it soon after taking a picture. While the other table was finished eating, the hyena table changed silently. After eating about 5 to 6 hyena tables, I ordered a dessert pizza. It was very delicious. I hate natto, so I don't eat natto pizza (laughs) After eating lunch, I head to Horikoshi Pass, which is said to have a 15% oblique degree. I was able to endure up to 10% a little, but it became 15%, and today I released the inner row for the second time. There were 15% on the way to Famima in Saito, and that was the first inner row today. If it is 39x32T, I wonder if 15% can somehow go up … (^^;) After going up Horikoshi, head to Monigro. I joined an early pace group, but it was shredded in a little up-and-half (^^;) I'm not good at going up to The 9th Line, passing Ogonozaka, crossing Kuze Bridge, entering Katsuragawa CR and arriving at Monigro. If it's flat, I can keep up with it. (^^;) Today's ride ends with soda float and pudding at Monigro. Mileage 124. 3km, 2512m acquisition altitude, TSS 364. It was 4.
