When I climbed Mt. Pompon a few years ago, my knee hurt and it became difficult to walk, so this time I prepared a trekking pole. I thought that it was good to prepare the section where the trekking pole can be used, including the descent, because it did not hurt much, but when the mountain trail ended and the down section of the pavement, the trekking pole was difficult to use, and my knee immediately began to hurt.
